Frequently Asked Questions
Expert advice on ordering, planting, and caring for your David Austin roses.
When will my roses be delivered?
Bare root roses are shipped during the dormant season from late autumn to early spring. Potted roses are available year-round and typically ship within 3-5 business days of your order.
Do you offer a guarantee on your plants?
Yes, we offer a 5-year guarantee on all our roses. If your rose fails to grow or dies within five years of purchase, we will replace it free of charge, provided it has been planted and cared for correctly.
What is the difference between a bare root and a potted rose?
Bare root roses are dormant plants shipped without soil, ideal for planting in winter. Potted roses are established in soil and can be planted at any time of year, making them perfect for immediate impact or gifts.
Can I grow David Austin roses in pots or containers?
Many of our varieties are perfectly suited for large containers. We recommend choosing varieties with a more compact growth habit and using a high-quality loam-based compost for the best results.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link from our courier partner so you can monitor its progress to your door.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
